What payment methods do you accept?
eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay, bank cards and cash on delivery. Corporate accounts and monthly billing are available for offices.
Is there a minimum order?
Most kitchens have no minimum; some small kitchens set one of NPR 300-500 to keep delivery fair. It's always shown before you add items.
What if my food arrives cold or wrong?
Tell us within 30 minutes and we refund or remake it — usually settled while you wait.
How do I become a partner restaurant?
Fill the partner form on the Contact page and our onboarding team will visit your kitchen within 48 hours.
